You can permanently delete your account in the app, or send a deletion request if you no longer have the app installed.

Verify the account
Use the email registered with KetoScanner when you write. If that is not possible, support will ask for a safe identity-verification step before deletion.
Receive confirmation
Verified requests are normally completed within 7 days. You will receive confirmation at the requesting email address.

Deleted from the service
Your KetoScanner authentication account, email/identity records held for that account, active sessions, and the account-scoped OCR rate-limit record are deleted.
Data on your phone
In-app deletion also clears local scan history, favorites, and settings. A web request cannot remotely erase a device, so clear KetoScanner’s app data or uninstall it to remove local copies.
Before you continue
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. KetoScanner does not currently sell subscriptions, so there is no app subscription to cancel as part of this process.
