License and ownership

You may not copy, modify, or extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions without permission. The app, trademarks, copyright, and related intellectual property rights belong to Gianluca Lo Vecchio (operating as KetoScanner).

Service changes

KetoScanner aims to keep the app useful and efficient. We may change the app or charge for services in the future; if we charge, we will make that clear before you pay. We may also stop providing the app at any time.

Your device and data

The app stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. Keep your device and account secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device can expose it to malware and may prevent KetoScanner from working correctly.

Internet access and third parties

Some features need an internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data). KetoScanner is not responsible if the app cannot run fully without connectivity, or for charges from your mobile provider (including roaming). If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm you have permission to use the app on it.

Product nutrition data may come from third parties such as Open Food Facts and, when you scan a label, from automated extraction services. Scores and results are informational only and are not medical advice. KetoScanner accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the app’s functionality or third-party data.

Updates and termination

KetoScanner may publish updates. System requirements can change; you may need to install updates to keep using the app. When the service ends or your access is terminated: (a) licenses granted under these terms end; (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if needed.

We may update these Terms & Conditions by posting a new version on this page. Review this page periodically. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
